Meet Dr. Cris
I am Maria Cristiana Andrade Zadeyan, RN — known to my patients as Dr. Cris — founder of Dr. Cris Studio. For more than 14 years I have dedicated my work to aesthetics, first in Rio de Janeiro, where I was born and trained, and now on Madison Avenue. I am a US-licensed Registered Nurse and aesthetic nurse injector, currently completing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). My surgical training in Brazil in face and neck microsurgery shapes everything I do: anatomy first, proportion always, and a regenerative philosophy that treats the skin from the inside out. A medspa — short for medical spa — combines the environment of a day spa with medical-grade treatments administered under clinical supervision. Unlike a day spa, a medspa can legally perform Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and hormone therapy because these require a licensed medical professional. At Dr. Cris Studio, all injectable treatments are performed by our lead provider, and our hormone therapy program runs under physician medical directorship.

Yes, and many patients do. Botox and filler on the same day is very common, as is combining neuromodulators with exosome therapy or biostimulators. We will guide you on what can be safely combined and what should be sequenced over time.
