Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Effective Date: December 1. 2024
Cancellations:
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients and respect the time of our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice Requirements
• In-Person Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Online Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
2. How to Cancel. Cancellations can be made by:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Late Cancellations
• Cancellations made less than the required notice period will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
4. Emergency Exceptions. We understand that emergencies happen. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency. We will review such situations on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show Policy:
A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-shows impact our ability to accommodate other clients and ensure efficient operations.
First No-Show:
• You will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost.
• You will receive a notification reminding you of our policy.
Second No-Show:
• You will be charged a 100% fee of the scheduled service cost.
• Future bookings will require prepayment of services.
Prepaid Services:
• Refund Policy: Prepaid services canceled within the cancellation notice period are eligible for a full refund or credit.

Forfeiture: If you cancel late or no-show, prepaid sessions will be deducted as if the service had occurred.
Arriving Late:
We ask that all clients arrive on time.
In-Person Appointments:
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Online Appointments:
If you do not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
Policy Agreement.
By booking an appointment with Dr Cris Studio, you agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products—and to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
